La Manzanilla Fina de Callejuela es fresca, fina y mineral, con una crianza de 3 años. Es la más joven de las manzanillas de la bodega, pero no renuncia por ello a la complejidad. Color pajizo, pálido y aromas punzantes de almendras, piel de limón, flores y levaduras. Delicados aromas salinos y mayor carácter afrutado y corpulencia que muchas otras. Entrada ligera, muy seca, especias dulces, hierbas aromáticas y recuerdos a tiza. Crece a medida que avanza por la boca hasta llegar a un final elegante y amargo. Postgusto a frutos secos y cítricos.
