El Amontillado La Casilla de la Bodega Callejuela es el resultado de dejar envejecer mediante crianza oxidativa la manzanilla pasada. El resultado es un amontillado sabroso y mineral, con clásicos tonos acaramelados y de frutos secos. Un amontillado fresco de Sanlúcar, quizás menos denso que otros, pero tremendamente elegante. Cautiva con su intenso color caoba y su nariz exuberante, adornada de vainillas y recuerdos de hidrocarburos. Avellanas, hierbas aromáticas, tabaco negro, caramelo tostado... Su aromática parece inagotable. Boca muy concentrada al tiempo que amable con una acidez muy equilibrada. Final largo y sugerente de recuerdo salino y amaderado.
