Los amontillados son uno de los vinos más delicados de Jerez. Después de una crianza inicial bajo velo de flor como si fuese un fino o una manzanilla, acaba su crianza –oxidativa– como si fuese un oloroso. Estas dos etapas de crianza juntas lo convierten en un vino extraordinariamente sofisticado. Botaina Amontillado Saca en Rama Otoño proviene de las viejas soleras de la bodega Domecq que adquirió Caballero en 2008. Es fragante y refinado, con notas de orejones e intensos recuerdos de frutos secos tostados. La boca es untuosa, equilibrada y armónica, con un persistente aroma final de pasas y nueces. Un vino excelente en el aperitivo acompañando salazones como la mojama y quesos curados de leche cruda de cabra y oveja. Edición exclusiva limitada a 4.272 botellas.
