Tradición Amontillado Viejísimo procede de una solera con una edad media de 80 años, una de las más antiguas del mundo. Un amontillado concentrado y poderoso con múltiples aromas balsámicos, de hoja de tabaco, madera, cuero, turba y regaliz. Extremado, seco y de sabor marino. Bodegas Tradición nació en 1998 con la idea de recuperar viejas soleras para embotellar jereces viejos de estilo clásico, sin apenas intervención. De este magnífico amontillado solo hay disponibles 300 botellas.
