No es un fino al uso, ya que, siguiendo el estilo de la bodega, tiene una vejez media que oscila entre los 10 y los 12 años y se embotella en rama sin filtrar. Un delicioso Fino muy complejo, seco con recuerdos salinos y mucha persistencia en boca que lo hacen ideal con todo tipo de salazones marinas. Envejecido, bajo velo de flor, por el sistema de solera y criaderas, en botas de roble americano.
