Pepe Raventós nos presenta su proyecto más confidencial. Con una filosofía de mínima intervención elabora sus vinos más limitados y personales en el garaje de casa. Xarel·lo Natural proviene de la viña del noguer alt, una parcela plantada en 1970 con xarel·lo cultivada en biodinámica. En nariz tiene un sugerente perfume de manzanas verdes, flores, pipas de girasol y plantas mediterráneas. En boca la entrada es amorosa, poco a poco se va arrapando con una textura ligeramente tánica y con un fantástico final refrescante.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
