Louis Jadot es una bodega histórica fundada en 1859 y uno de los négociants más emblemáticos de Bourgogne, donde elabora y comercializa más de 200 vinos diferentes. Hoy en día Thibault Gagey es el director general adjunto, quien mantiene el estilo de la Maison. Chardonnay es una cuvée inédita que iba destinada únicamente al mercado japonés. Está elaborada a partir de pequeños viñedos de la Côte Chalonnaise y la Côte de Beaune y se crió durante 1 año en barricas de roble con una pequeña parte en depósitos de acero inoxidable. Explosión de fruta cítrica en nariz que, poco a poco, despliega notas de especias como la nuez moscada. En la boca es voluptuoso y equilibrado, con un buen volumen, frescura y longitud. Una fantástica botella de las que hemos conseguido unas cajas en exclusiva.
