Venus de Cartoixà es el delicioso blanco del proyecto de Sara Pérez y René Barbier en Montsant. Se elabora exclusivamente con la variedad blanca cartoixà de cepas de 60 años de una parcela de suelos arcillocalcáreos cerca de Falset. Un vino muy especial que nace de la ambición por crear un blanco con un gran potencial de guarda. Exquisito con arroces cremosos, setas de temporada, platos con trufa o pescados guisados.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
