Susana Esteban nació en el pueblo vitivinícola de Tui (Pontevedra) donde el río Miño hace de frontera con Portugal. Estudió en Santiago de Compostela y en La Rioja, y en 1999 empezó a trabajar y a elaborar en distintas bodegas del Douro y posteriormente en el Alentejo. Hace diez años decidió emprender su aventura personal, seleccionando distintas parcelas de la región alentejana plantadas con variedades históricas. Aventura es su blanco de referencia. Tiene un seductor color amarillo pálido. En nariz aparece como un abanico de flores, frutas carnosas como el albaricoque y la nectarina, sutiles matices de frutas cítricas y tropicales acompañadas de un toque de hinojo fresco. En la boca es voluminoso, sedoso y fresco, con una intensa carga aromática que lo hace largo y muy placentero. Una bella botella para descubrir la diversidad y la grandeza de los blancos portugueses.
