Realmente, un albariño de excepción; un albariño de pago que expresa perfectamente la mineralidad del suelo que lo ha criado (granítico), muy fresco a pesar de su larga e inusual crianza de 30 meses (claro que, en depósitos de acero), intenso y complejo en nariz y con un excelente paso por boca. Un albariño vivo, con mucha personalidad y una interesante evolución en copa que, además de sorprender, gustará y seducirá. Fermentado y criado sobre lías durante 30 meses en depósitos de acero.
