Luna Creciente es otro de los proyectos de Viñedos Singulares, esta vez en las tierras gallegas de Rias Baixas y con la excelente variedad albariño, seleccionada dentro del municipio de Creciente, en el interior de Galicia, junto al río Miño, en la subzona del Condado de Tea. La filosofía en este vino es preservar el carácter varietal y representar a los vinos de albariño más clásicos, sin caer en los gustos amoscatelados que pueden confundir al consumidor. Así es Luna Creciente, un vino divertido, humilde y fácil de beber. Chispitas de flores, hinojo, manzana granny smith y suaves mentoles definen la nariz; sin gamas tropicales y terpénicas de sauvignon blanc o moscatel. El carácter fresco se conserva bien en boca.
