Un blanco mediterráneo, fresco y elegante, elaborado con las variedades locales macabeo (55%), garnacha blanca (40%) y cartoixà (como se conoce la uva xarel·lo en el Priorat), procedente, la mayoría, de viñedos de más de 70 años plantados en suelos arcilloso-calcáreos en las localidades de Falset y Marçà. Fermentado en barricas de roble francés durante 10 meses.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
