Para su elaboración, la uva albariño macera y fermenta en tino de roble francés de 2500 litros. Posteriormente reposa durante 3 meses en barricas de roble. Tras el coupage con el caiño y el loureiro permanece durante 3 meses en depósito de inox y para finalizar permanece 6 meses más en botella antes de su comercialización. Criado, parcialmente, en barricas de roble durante 3 meses.
