El Palacio de Bornos Sauvignon Blanc es un ejemplo perfecto de la fantástica adaptación del varietal francés al clima continental de las tierras castellanas. Se trata de un vino fresco y muy aromático, elaborado por la bodega Palacio de Bornos, un auténtico referente en la región desde 1870. Sus claras notas tropicales lo hacen muy atractivo y leves toques herbáceos y florales redondean su aromática convirtiéndolo en un vino elegante y seductor. Su brillante acidez y su final ligeramente amargo lo convierten en compañero ideal de infinidad de platos ligeros.
