Los inquietos hermanos Fran y Joaquim López del Hotel-Restaurante Villa Retiro de Xerta (Tarragona), con la ayuda del enólogo Josep Valiente, comenzaron a elaborar vino en 2010. Fueron sus inicios como bodegueros, con unas pocas botellas en la Terra Alta para autoconsumo en sus restaurantes. A partir del año 2010 empezarían a comercializarlos. L'Indià Blanc es su garnacha blanca, todo un referente de Gandesa que se elabora en la monumental bodega modernista de Cèsar Martinell en Pinell de Brai. Un delicioso blanco de la Terra Alta.
