En este caso es un vino joven criado en depósitos de acero inoxidable durante meses con sus lías sin remontar que provienen de uvas en parte prefiloxeras y de pie franco de Nieva. Levaduras autóctonas y sin sulfitos añadidos. Nariz marcada por su pequeña oxidación buscada para alargar su vida. Es fresco, dinámico y vivo. Infinitamente bebible. Criado, sobre sus lías finas, durante 5 meses en depósitos de inox.
