El Menade Sauvignon Blanc es un blanco fresco y exótico elaborado con uvas de cultivo ecológico de la siempre apetecible sauvignon blanc. Sus uvas se vendimian en tres pasadas para asegurar un equilibrio y una complejidad perfectas. El mosto fermenta con levaduras salvajes y ya transformado en vino descansa con sus lías añadiendo cierta viscosidad a su estructura. Tras su color dorado, aparecen nítidos aromas de piña verde y frescas notas herbáceas. Ya en boca, su sedosidad conquista el paladar al instante, mientras los recuerdos a piel de mandarina y cilantro asoman por vía retronasal. Afrutado, redondo y de acidez refrescante, es, sin duda, una magnífica puerta de entrada a los vinos de los hermanos Sanz.
