Cuidando al máximo la uva procedente del viejo viñedo de la "La Riera" de Masía de la Roqua, en el Massís del Garraf, en su punto óptimo de maduración permite obtener un excelente Xarel·lo, con su típico aroma anisado, cítrico y de fruta blanca madura, además de una muy buena acidez natural. Muy interesante es la contribución de un pequeño porcentaje de Malvasia de Sitges. La crianza sobre lías le aporta una textura ideal al vino, perfectamente equilibrada con la acidez. También destacan las notas minerales, propias de un terroir determinado como es el Massís del Garraf. Largo postgusto. Envejece 8 meses con sus propias lías en acero inoxidable.
