La cremosidad y las notas tostadas de la barrica envuelven una fruta nítida cargada de tipicidad y sentido del territorio que convierten al Limousin en un blanco complejo y versátil capaz de enamorar a cualquiera. Envejecido, sobre lías, durante 6 meses en barricas de roble francés Allier, Nevers y Vosges con capacidad de 600 litros, 40% nuevas y 60% de segundo vino.
