Este blanco de la familia Latour procede de 20 hectáreas de chardonnay plantadas en la ladera de la aldea de Blagny. La bodega Latour ejerce un riguroso control sobre la viña, obteniendo rendimientos muy reducidos (35 Hl./ha.). El proceso de elaboración también está muy cuidado, realizándose toda la vinificación y la crianza en pequeñas barricas de roble. La producción se restringe a 5000 botellas anuales, y solamente se embotella si el enólogo considera que la añada ha tenido la calidad suficiente. Un vino de gran claridad, color amarillo limón, y un delicado aroma a frutas tropicales, que se integran perfectamente con notas vegetales y toques de avellana. De todas formas todavía le falta un tiempo de maduración en botella para revelar completamente todo su potencial. Un vino de gran calidad, opulento y fresco, suave y complejo. Un gran Borgoña.
