La curiosidad y la inquietud enológica llevó a Jordi Oliver a conocer mejor la variedad verdejo, una uva rica en aromas y con infinitas posibilidades de elaboración. Localizado un viñedo a 700 metros de altitud, donde los contrastes de temperatura día/noche eran muy favorables para conseguir una buena maduración de los racimos, Jordi se decidió a elaborar este blanco de gran expresión varietal, con aromas de anís e hinojo, flores blancas, expresivo, amplio y con una buena estructura. Un verdejo de final fresco y, cómo no, con ese final típicamente amargo, propio de la variedad.

The production region of D.O. Rueda is located in Las regiones de las provincias de Valladolid, Segovia y Ávila, en España. Integrada por 72 municipios de los cuales 53 se sitúan al sur de la provincia de Valladolid, 17 al oeste de Segovia y 2 al norte de Ávila.
