Raúl Pérez y Rodrigo Méndez son dos enólogos inquietos e ingeniosos, capaces de elaborar vinos con mucho carácter y la huella del lugar del que proceden. Con A Telleira, elaborado con uva albariño procedente de una única parcela con cepas de más de 40 años, nos ofrecen un gran vino, aromático, que agradecerá decantación. Fermentado en barricas de 700 litros durante 12 meses. No realiza fermentación maloláctica. Envejecido durante 2 meses a 30 metros bajo el nivel del mar.
