Un blanco original y excepcional, de gran calidad como todo lo que elabora esta pareja instalada en el Priorat desde hace años, aunque en esta ocasión se trata de un blanco del Penedès, donde Ester tiene sus raíces familiares y donde ya la conocemos elaborando otros grandes blancos al lado de Enric Soler (Nun Vinya dels Taus). Debido a las variedades utilizadas (roussanne, marsanne, parellada montonega y chenin Blanc), Selma de Nin no se acoge a ninguna denominación oficial. Su origen se remonta a El Pla de Manlleu. Su personalidad, grandiosa. Un gran blanco expresión de su terroir, realmente sorprendente, muy elegante y mineral, con un característico fondo ahumado y de fósforo. Una pequeña joya a descubrir si pueden hacerse con algunas botellas, difícil tarea dada su cortísima producción, unas mil botellas. Fermentado en barricas de un vino de 225 L y criado en las mismas barricas durante 8 meses en contacto con sus lías finas.
