Curii Trepadell proviene de viñas de 60 años plantadas en suelos calcáreos blancos, similares a los encontrados en Jerez y con una gran influencia del mar Mediterráneo, que se puede ver desde el viñedo. Las uvas fueron despalilladas, trituradas y prensadas directamente con fermentación y crianza en lías sin battonage en barricas viejas de roble americano de 250 litros. Se agregó muy poco SO2 en el embotellado y el vino ve una filtración muy ligera. El resultado es un vino blanco sabroso y cristalino con notas de cítricos, cera de abejas y sal marina, la esencia del mar, y perfecto para combinar con una variedad de criaturas marinas, especialmente con los langostinos de la costa de Alicante.
