Monovarietal de xarel·lo intenso y aromático fermentado con levaduras autóctonas y envejecido durante ocho meses en ánforas de 300 litros. De color dorado y nariz compleja de fruta blanca, hinojo y algún destello tropical. En boca, una acidez cítrica equilibra un cuerpo medianamente graso, con toques salinos y especiados. Un vino con carácter que nos transporta a otros tiempos. Criado durante 6 meses en ánforas.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
