El Alyssum es noble y sutil, ya que en su coupage predomina un Muscat de elaboración muy cuidada en frío que nos aporta un elegante toque floral y un paso en boca muy suave. Beberlo significa adentrarse su fondo cítrico y elegante que seduciéndonos gracias a una dulzura muy suave que convierte Alyssum en un vino muy agradable al paladar. Si desea disfrutarlo como toca, sírvalo entre 4º y 5ºC.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
