Elaborado con uva doña blanca (70%) y godello (30%) de viñas de entre 15 y 80 años de edad plantadas en suelos de esquistos y pizarra con gran capacidad drenante. Debido a que ha sido embotellado sin filtrar, puede presentar residuos sólidos. Se recomienda decantar.
Dominio do Bibei es el proyecto personal de María y Javier Domínguez en Ribeira Sacra. Lapola es un ensamblaje de las variedades godello, albariño y dona blanca con viñas entre los 12 y 100 años, plantadas entre los 600 y los 750 metros de altitud. Se crió en barricas de roble francés de 600 litros, fudres austríacos y depósitos ovoides de hormigón en contacto con las lías finas. Un delicioso blanco gallego para disfrutar ahora o guardar unos años en su cava particular. Fermentación alcohólica en barricas de roble francés de 1º, 2º y 3º año y criado durante 11 meses sobre lías (el 15% en depósito de hormigón). No ha realizado fermentación maloláctica. Posteriormente descansa en botella durante 18 meses.
