Vino blanco elaborado a partir de uvas Verdejo (65%), Sauvignon Blanc (15%) y Viura (20%), siguiendo el método tradicional. Fermentado en depósitos de acero inoxidable con levaduras autóctonas a una temperatura de 16ºC a 18ºC. Color amarillo pálido, limpio y brillante. Muy expresivo y complejo en nariz, con aromas a manzana verde y fruta tropical. Amplio en boca, fresco y con una acidez equilibrada. Recomendado con aperitivos, pescados y mariscos.
