Elaborado a partir de cepas de entre 60 y 100 años, cultivadas sobre suelos arcillo-calcáreos, Flavus es un vino interesantísimo para conocer; muy pocos vinos se elaboran con la variedad palomino fino en Ribera del Duero. La experiencia y el buen hacer de Viña Sastre permite ofrecernos un vino con una excelente acidez y una muy buena carga frutal, que disfrutaremos sobre todo en boca. Este vino se etiqueta como Vino de Mesa.

The production region of D.O. Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
