Saint Lucia Distillers, creada en 1972, es la única destilería de la isla de Santa Lucía en el Caribe. Su ron Chairman's Reserve se elabora con una selección de rones obtenidos por el sistema de columnas y de alambique de cobre que envejecen por lote y se separan por tipo de destilación en barriles de bourbon. Después, es el maestro ronero quien ensambla los rones que reposarán 6 meses más en cubas de roble y 5 años en barriles. Aromas con toques de banana, frutas caramelizadas, vainilla y sabores de chocolate, pasas y clavo con un final cremoso.
