Raúl Pérez elabora este vino con uvas de varias fincas. Una viña vieja de más de 100 años en Paliña, y otras de unos 40 años en Meaño y Dena, todas en la subzona del Valle del Salnés, sobre suelos de granito y esquistos. Con una maceración con pieles de 24 horas, una mitad del vino pasa después a ser criado a barricas de 500 l si realizar maloláctica, y la otra mitad a inoxidable, consiguiendo un bello equilibrio entre frescor y complejidad. Un vino serio, mineral y salino, para disfrutarlo ahora o en varios años adelante. Criado, al 50%, durante 12 meses en barricas de roble y en depósitos de inox.
