El Raventós de Alella Blanc Allier es el vino que antes todos conocíamos como Marqués de Alella Allier, uno de los primeros chardonnay españoles fermentados y criados en barricas francesas. Pese al cambio en el nombre, el estilo del vino sigue siendo el mismo, hecho del cual nos alegramos enormemente. Se trata de un vino amplio, graso, situado en las antípodas de los blancos frescos y afrutados. Las notas torrefactas de la madera se mezclan con un recuerdo a mantequilla de cítricos aromatizando un cuerpo licoroso y con volumen. Membrillo, pimienta blanca, pétalos de flor blanca, jengibre...; los aromas parecen multiplicarse a cada giro que damos a la copa. Entra con elegancia y se multiplica por todos los rincones de la boca, rellenándolos de nobleza y carácter. Su tacto láctico y su excelente equilibrio entre cuerpo y acidez prolongan el recuerdo de nuestro último sorbo llevándonos, irremediablemente, de nuevo a la copa en busca de unas gotas más de este vino señorial nacido en los suelos graníticos de la minúscula Alella. Disfrútenlo con un pescado azul (dorada o sardo) al horno y les aseguramos que nos agradecerán la recomendación durante mucho tiempo. Para la crianza sólo se emplean barricas nuevas, con alto aporte tánico.

The production region of D.O. Alella is located in El norte de Barcelona, en la comarca del Maresme, junto al mar Mediterráneo. Integrada por 13 municipios: Alella, Cabrils, Martorellas, el Masnou, Montgat, Premiá de Dalt, Premiá de Mar, San Fausto de Campcentellas, Vilasar de Dalt, Santa María de Martorellas de Arriba, Teyá, Tiana y Vallromanes.
