El Aura Avutarda es una selección parcelaria de la finca que le da nombre. Se trata del primer verdejo fermentado en barrica de Bodegas Aura, un gran vino blanco que combina todo el carácter del varietal con la complejidad y la nobleza que sólo la barrica puede aportar. Estamos ante un vino dorado con ribetes verdosos, de nariz fragante y boca golosa. A las habituales notas tropicales y herbáceas de los buenos verdejos suma sutiles tonos tostados y finas vainillas. Fresco en boca, medianamente cremoso y muy persistente, agradará a los amantes de los blancos castellanos más expresivos y elegantes. Criado durante 4-5 meses en barricas nuevas de roble francés, americano y húngaro.

The production region of D.O. Rueda is located in Las regiones de las provincias de Valladolid, Segovia y Ávila, en España. Integrada por 72 municipios de los cuales 53 se sitúan al sur de la provincia de Valladolid, 17 al oeste de Segovia y 2 al norte de Ávila.
