Larmandier-Bernier lleva más de 20 años aplicando los preceptos biodinámicos a sus 18 hectáreas en propiedad en la Côte de Blancs. Longitude Blanc de Blancs es uno de sus magníficos Champagnes, elaborado exclusivamente con chardonnay criado en barricas y foudres Stockinger durante un año antes del tiraje. La posterior crianza en rima se alargó más de 2 años. Un espumoso elegante y complejo con un ligero dosaje de apenas 3 gramos por litro antes del embotellado. Perfecto en el aperitivo y acompañando todo tipo de marisco crudo.
