Una apuesta por la personalidad de un cava rosado seco, vivo y goloso, coupage de uvas de pinot noir (40%), monastrell (40%) y garnacha (20%), cultivadas en dos pequeños viñedos de la finca de Cal Mota (Sant Sadurní d'Anoia - Torrelavit, Alt Penedès), en suelo de textura franca y naturaleza calcárea, y parcialmente criado en barricas de roble durante 2 meses. Un cava rosado brut nature, de carácter vinoso y muy gastronómico, vivo, complejo y amable, de gran recorrido. El degüelle se realiza a mano y sin congelación del cuello de la botella.

Cava is located in La denominada región del Cava, que comprende fundamentalmente la comarca catalana del Penedés (provincias de Barcelona y Tarragona), donde se encuentra San Sadurní de Noya, el centro de producción más importante. El cava también se elabora en otros 159 municipios de España, de las provincias de Barcelona (63 municipios), Tarragona (52 municipios), La Rioja (18 municipios), Lérida (12 municipios), Gerona (5 municipios), Álava (3 municipios), Zaragoza (2 municipios), Navarra (2 municipios), Badajoz (1 municipio) y Valencia (1 municipio), que en su conjunto configuran la zona de producción denominada Región del Cava.
