La cuvée Grande Sendrée recibe su nombre de una parcela que, tras el incendió que asoló Urville en 1838, quedó cubierta de cenizas. Un error tipográfico hizo que se registrara con s y así ha llegado hasta hoy: un champagne refinado, expresión del terruño y mimado hasta el último detalle. Envejecido durante más de 6 años en las cavas.
