Este galardonado Auchentoshan debe su nombre a que ha madurado en tres tipos diferentes de barriles: tras pasar un mínimo de diez años en barricas de Bourbon, madurará en barricas de Oloroso y posteriormente en barricas de Pedro Ximénez. Destacan sus aromas de fruta cocida, jerez, caramelo y notas de Bas Armagnac. En boca es rico, con toques de licor de cerezas, chocolate negro, frutos del bosque y notas de toffee equilibradas con un toque de fruta verde. Final largo, seco y cremoso. Envejecido en tres tipos de madera distintas, 10 años en barricas americanas ex-bourbon, 1 año en barricas de Jerez de oloroso y 1 año en barricas de Jerez de Pedro Ximénez.
