Una de las exquisitas Micro-Cuvées de Parés Baltá, un dulce de chardonnay que exhibe deliciosos aromas de miel, pasas y frutos secos, graso en boca y con un agradable postgusto de miel y milflores. Un vino que sólo se elabora en las mejores añadas. Para la crianza sólo se emplean barricas usadas, con muy poco aporte tánico. La madera nueva dominaría la estructura y aromas del vino.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
