Dolç d'Orto Negre es fruto de la inquietud y del saber aprovechar lo que otros quizás desprecian: recoger las uvas pasas de garnacha tinta que despreciaríamos en el momento de la vendimia. Así es como se inicia la elaboración de este vino, luego vendrá una fermentación con sus pieles durante 28 días, prensa y depósito de inoxidable, para seguir fermentando de manera natural. Al igual que su hermano blanco, Dolç d'Orto Negre sostiene una increíble acidez, a pesar de sus más de 120 gr/l de azúcar residual, un vino adictivo sin miras.

The production region of D.O. Montsant is located in La comarca integrada por los municipios y bodegas que, hasta 2002, formaban la subzona Falset de la denominación de origen Tarragona. Se extiende por 16 municipios, la mayoría en la comarca del Priorato y unos pocos en la Ribera del Ebro.
