Una original mistela del Empordà, una mistela que fusiona también tradición y creatividad, algo tan propio de esta bodega. Con poco color pero gran presencia de aromas de manzana verde, destaca por su elegancia y limpidez de aromas. Tiene volumen en boca, es fresca y ofrece un paso por boca fino y sedoso. Elaborada a partes iguales con garnacha gris de viejos viñedos (algunos de más de 80 años) y zumo de manzana Golden de Girona (42% y 42%), y alcohol vínico (8%) y alcohol de manzana procedente de la región italiana de Trento. En su elaboración, La Vinyeta cuenta con la colaboración del cocinero y gastrónomo Pep Nogué.

The production region of D.O. Empordà is located in La región de Ampurdán (Empordà), hasta 2006 denominada Ampurdán-Costa Brava, abarca la zona vinícola desde la Albera hasta la sierra de Rodas y la Garrotxa de Ampurdán, en España. El área de producción está distribuida en dos subzonas: 35 municipios al norte del Alto Ampurdán y 13 municipios al este del Bajo Ampurdán.
