Jaume Gramona nos sorprende con un nuevo producto, alegre y sin complejos, combinación de vino y cava, atractivo y de calidad, como es propio de esta bodega. Se trata de un vi de gel con burbujas, un delicado y simpático vino espumoso, agradable por su frescor, su particular toque dulzón (tras alcanzar los 9 grados, aún queda suficiente azúcar residual), que realiza una segunda fermentación como si fuera un cava (si bien no fermenta en botella, sino en depósito).

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
