Las uvas de garnacha maduran en la planta y se dejan secar después de su vendimia durante 2 o 3 semanas. Solo los granos fermentan con sus levaduras y el vino se cría en unas barricas viejas que forman parte de una increíble solera que contiene unas «mares» de más de 100 años. Un homenaje a la historia y a la manera tradicional de elaborar vinos en el Priorat.
