Las uvas de garnacha blanca de cultivo biodinámico crecen en un enclave de fuertes contrastes térmicos en el extremo oeste de Cataluña. La fermentación se detiene, sin adición de alcohol, cuando el vino alcanza el 15% de volumen alcohólico, dejando alrededor de 100 gramos de azúcar residual. Después, el vino descansará en una solera de barricas francesas durante dos años. Un extraordinario vino naturalmente dulce con aromas de frutas, flores y miel. Envejecido durante 24 meses en barricas de roble francés, mediante el método de soleras y criaderas.
