Vino dulce de mencía elaborado a partir de uvas, pasificadas en la propia viña, cultivadas en Villamartín. La fermentación se realizó, de manera lenta y a muy baja temperatura, en una barrica de 225 litros de roble francés, usada para la crianza de Demencia. Posteriormente se hizo un trasiego a un depósito de acero inoxidable donde el vino fue fortificado con un aguardiente. El resultado es un vino dulce, con una graduación alcohólica desconocida. Un vino que ensalza el carácter varietal de la mencía y se enriquece con el alcohol del aguardiente y con los azúcares naturales no fermentados. Producción de tan solo 98 botellas de 50 cl.
