Vino blanco elaborado a partir de uvas Verdejo (95%) y Sauvignon Blanc (5%), siguiendo el método tradicional. Fermentado en depósitos de acero inoxidable con levaduras autóctonas a una temperatura controlada. Un verdejo con un toque muy agradable y claro de Sauvignon Blanc, a pesar de su escasa presencia, pero diferente y de corte moderno. De color amarillo pálido con tonos verdosos. Aroma a hierba recien cortada, manzana verde y almendra amarga, característicos del verdejo pero con el aroma inconfundible del Sauvignon Blanc. Con una intensa nariz a fruta blanca y un paso largo y sedoso en boca, imprescindible siempre en su bodega.
