De las pocas viñas de sumoll del Penedés de 60 años de vida, elaboramos este retorno al estilo de los rosé del país vecino con una de las variedades más antiguas de Cataluña.

The production region of D.O. Penedès is located in La región catalana del Penedés, en España. Comprende 47 términos municipales en el sur de la provincia de Barcelona, y 16 términos municipales en la provincia de Tarragona. Se divide en tres subzonas: Penedès Superior, situada en el interior y en la montaña, con escasa producción debido a las condiciones de cultivo, pero de una gran calidad, Penedès Medio, situada al sudeste y la de mayor producción, y Penedès Inferior en la zona costera.
