Billecart-Salmon es una de las bodegas con más tradición del la Champaña, y una de las pocas que todavía permanece en manos de la familia de los fundadores. Este cava rosado es un trago fresco y lleno de alegría, sus finas burbujas lentas y persistentes dan al vino una elegancia y frescura que nos alegran en esos días tristes. También resulta ideal para celebrar cualquier evento al que se quiera dotar de un toque de distinción. Muy recomendado, tanto por su precio (razonable para ser un champagne rosado) como por su grandeza. Envejecido durante 3 años.
