El nuevo vino de parcela de Venta las Vacas es un Reserva elaborado exclusivamente con tinto fino de cepas de entre 40 y 45 años de la finca «La Cuartilleja», de tan sólo 1,6 Ha en Roa (Burgos). Intensos aromas de frutas negras maduras con un leve perfume de la barrica. En boca tiene buena estructura, con una trama muy cuidada formada de taninos carnosos y sedosos. Final largo y placentero. Venta las Vacas Finca La Cuartilleja Reserva es la máxima expresión del trabajo de Juan Carlos Vizcarra en Ribera del Duero.

The production region of D.O. Ribera del Duero is located in La región de la cuenca del río Duero, de unos 115 kilómetros de longitud y 35 de anchura, situada en la confluencia de las provincias de Soria, con 19 municipios, Burgos, con 60 municipios, Segovia, con 4 municipios y Valladolid, con 19 municipios, pertenecientes todos ellos a la comarca vallisoletana de Campo de Peñafiel. Comienza aproximadamente por el este en San Esteban de Gormaz y se extiende hasta Quintanilla de Onésimo en el oeste.
