Vino tinto elaborado a partir de uvas tempranillo o tinta fina del país, fermentado en depósitos de acero inoxidable con levaduras autóctonas a una temperatura de 26ºC a 28ºC, con remontados diarios durante 10 días y fermentación maloláctica. De color intenso, limpio y brillante, con tonos rojo picota y nazareno. Muy aromático, fruta negra del bosque perfectamente esamblado, estructurado en boca, armonioso y persistente. Es un vino ideal para lechazo asado, arroces melosos con setas silvestres y parrilladas de carne.
