The Sadie Family Columella es el vino emblemático de Eben Sadie, enólogo que ha revolucionado la viticultura de su país, Sudáfrica, y ha inspirado a muchos jóvenes elaboradores. Un gran tinto del norte de Cape Town, ensamblaje de syrah (casi un 50%), mourvèdre, garnacha, cinsault, tinta barocca y cariñena con una crianza de 12 meses en barricas de roble y 12 meses en viejos foudres. Color intenso y profundo con aromas complejos de fruta roja que va evolucionando hacia la fruta negra madura y se suma a los toques minerales y de tierra. Textura compacta con un punto picante.
